Returns & Refund Policy

At FAITH GYM CLUB, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If there’s an issue with your order or you need to make a return, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. Items must also be returned with the original packaging when possible.

Returns are accepted by mail only.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Items that are incorrect or different from what you ordered
  • Products with printing or manufacturing defects
  • Non-defective items returned within 30 days, as long as they are new, unused, unworn, and unwashed

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us at support@faithgymclub.com with your order number and exchange request.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Customers must provide their own return shipping label unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or had a printing/manufacturing defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

How to Request a Return, Refund, or Exchange

To request a return, refund, replacement, or exchange, contact us at support@faithgymclub.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue or request
  • Photos of the item, if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a printing/manufacturing defect

Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll contact you with the next steps.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

To help keep your apparel looking and performing its best, please follow the washing and care instructions provided with your purchase.
