We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet every expectation or be identical to how they are depicted or rendered in our online store.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities of products offered to any person or geographic region on a case-by-case basis.

FAITH GYM CLUB currently sells and ships products within the United States only.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. FAITH GYM CLUB reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until FAITH GYM CLUB confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

FAITH GYM CLUB currently ships within the United States only.

Many of our products are made to order and may be produced and fulfilled by third-party printing and fulfillment partners. As a result, fulfillment locations may vary depending on the product, availability, and destination.

All processing and delivery times displayed through our Services are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, high-volume periods, fulfillment disruptions, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will generally be provided when available.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

FAITH GYM CLUB is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with FAITH GYM CLUB.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and FAITH GYM CLUB, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with FAITH GYM CLUB.
